Sandy’s Holiday Meatballs
A holiday favorite at Gerlach family Christmas’.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
3 tbs minced onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 cup grape jelly
Preparation
Combine first 7 ingredients.
Form into 60 bite sized meatballs using a rounded teaspoon for each.

Ann Marie’s Thanksgiving Stuffing
Ingredients
1-stick butter
1-loaf bread (any kind)
3-small onions
3/4-bunch celery
1-bunch fresh parsley
1-lb ground chuck
Bells poultry seasoning
Preparation
Melt butter over medium heat. Chop onions,celery and parsley. Cook until tender

Cut up bread into 1-” pieces/cubes
Place in a large bowl then add celery,onions and parsley mix thoroughly.
Place pan back on stove and cook ground chuck. Add cooked chuck

Ingredients
Cranberry Salad
1 pound package fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (1lb. 4 oz.)
1 orange
2 cups sugar
3 oz. package raspberry jello
1 cup hot water

1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. butter
juice of one orange
1/4 tsp. salt

Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15 ounce can of pumpkin
Nuts ( if desired)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry cake mix and can of pumpkin.
Add nuts if desired.
Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Ingredients
2 Cans of artichoke hearts (chopped and drained).
2 Cups of mayonnaise.
2 Cups Parmesan cheese (grated).
2-8 0z grated mozzarella cheese.

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Use hand mixer to gently fold and combine ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees to a beautiful golden brown crown.

Ingredients
One meaty turkey frame
Three quarts of water (twelve cups)
One onion quartered
Two teaspoons of salt

Recipe for Margaret’s Melt in Your Mouth Pecan Rolls
Ingredients
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 tubes refergerated crescent rolls (8oz each)
23 cup chopped pecans
14 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Spread in two greased 8 inch square baking pans, set aside.
