Sandy’s Holiday Meatballs
A holiday favorite at Gerlach family Christmas’.
Ingredients
1 1/2  pounds lean ground beef
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
3 tbs minced onion
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 cup grape jelly
Preparation
Combine first 7 ingredients.
Form into 60 bite sized meatballs using a rounded teaspoon for each.

Ingredients
Cranberry Salad
1 pound package fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (1lb. 4 oz.)
1 orange
2 cups sugar
3 oz. package raspberry jello
1 cup hot water
Orange Soft Topping
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. butter
juice of one orange
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large tbsp. flour
1 large carton Cool Whip

Ingredients
½        pint whipping cream
2         cans sweeten condensed milk                 
2/3      cup lemon juice
½        tea. vanilla
¼        cup powdered sugar
1         package strawberry Danish dessert
1         pint strawberries
3         pie crusts
Preparation
Whip cream up then set aside.
Cream together milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
Fold whip cream into mixture and put in cool crusts.

1     Cup white sugar.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 tbsp.sugar
Preparation
Mix; pour into 9×9  buttered baking dish (11/2 qt. casserole).
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

1   Cup white corn syrup
1   Cup dark brown sugar
1/3 Tsp. salt
1/3 Cup melted butter or margarine
1   Tsp. vanilla
3   Whole eggs slightly beaten
1   Heaping cup whole shelled pecans
